Tim has held senior leadership roles with global mining giants like BHP, Newmont and Vale, and has chaired some of Australia’s most successful resource companies, including ASX listed companies St Barbara and Gold Road Resources – which recently agreed to be sold to Gold Fields for $3.7bn – as well as Alluminous, leading the commercialisation of breakthrough clean-tech innovations.
DR JENNY GRAY AM
Current CEO of Zoos Victoria. With a background across transport, banking, and engineering, she has driven the transformation of Melbourne Zoo and its affiliates into a world-leading conservation organisation. A published ethicist and past President of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums, Dr Gray is a fearless advocate for endangered species, pioneering behavioural campaigns and zoo-based conservation that deliver real-world impact.
DR EMMANUEL (MANNY) POHL AM
Dr Manny Pohl AM is a distinguished Australian investment leader and philanthropist with over 30 years of experience in funds management and stockbroking. He began his career in South Africa, excelling at Ed Hern Rudolph Inc. and later at Davis Borkum Hare & Co., even representing South Africa at a World Bank/IMF annual meeting in 1991.
